Labels are provided via integrated carrier partners. Rates and delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guarantees. Starship is not responsible for carrier delays or errors.
4. Payments & Refunds
Charges apply at the time labels are created. Refunds follow individual carrier policies and may require proof of non-use (e.g., an unused label). Contact us within 30 days of label creation to request a refund.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Starship to ship unlawful items, hazardous materials (unless fully compliant with carrier and regulatory rules), or to interfere with the platform's operation or other users.
6. Liability
Starship is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to our service, other users, or carrier partners.
8. Changes to These Terms
