We currently support USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for both domestic and international shipments. More carriers are coming soon.
💳 Billing & Plans
Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free — no credit card required. You get up to 30 labels per month with access to all our discounted rates.
Label refunds follow carrier policies and typically require proof of non-use. Submit a refund request through your account dashboard or contact our support team.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
📦 Shipping & Labels
Yes — we support shipping to over 220 countries. International shipments include customs documentation assistance to simplify the process.
We don't officially integrate with scales directly, but you can use any postal scale to weigh your package and enter the weight when creating a label.
After creating your label, you can download it as a PDF and print it on any standard printer. No special hardware needed. Thermal printer support (4×6") is also available.
